1.Services
CetraManagement LLC provides marketing and management consulting services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of each engagement are set out in a written proposal accepted by the client before work begins.
2.Fees and payment
Fees are stated in US dollars unless agreed otherwise and are payable within the period stated on each invoice. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
3.Cancellation and refunds
Either party may end a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the end date is billable. Prepaid fees for work not yet started are refunded on request.
4.Intellectual property
Once paid in full, the client owns the final deliverables created for them. The Company keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and know-how.
5.Liability
Marketing results depend on factors outside the Company's control, so specific results are not guaranteed. Total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it.
6.Governing law
